Mam problem z przetlumaczeniem tego:


Any controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with, this
Agreement, or breach thereof, which is not settled by the Parties hereto shall
be settled by arbitration in accordance with the then existing protocols of
International Arbitration Rules promulgated by the American Arbitration
Association (AAA) and the Parties hereto agree to use their best endeavor to
facilitate such arbitration and thereby conclusively agree to accept the
decision of such arbitrator as final and binding. The arbitration will be
held in Portland, Oregon USA. The results of such arbitration may be entered
into any USA court of competent jurisdiction.

Każde spory i odszkodowania jakie mogą wyniknąć bezpośrednio lub
pośrednio z tej Umowy, jeśli nie zostały w niej bezpośrenio ustalone
(opisane) Strony Umowy decydują rozstrzygać w drodze arbitrażu opartego
o istniejące protokoły.... (tu prawdopodobnie opis lub wskazanie zasad
prowadzenia arbitrażu pomiędzy stronami).
