Domyslam sie, ze nie masz pisemnej zgody autora...

Zapewne nie jestes swiadomy tego, ze musisz o kazdym wykorzystaniu programu
(czy na cd zalaczonym do czasopisma, czy umieszczonym w Internecie)
powiadamiac autora 3dmark...
Logo swoja droga, ale to blahostka.
