To "stwierdzenie" to nie bylo zadne stwierdzenie. Cos takiego moze
stwierdzic tylko sad. To byl tylko poglad prokuratora na sprawe,
zaprezentowany zapewne w uzasadnieniu - nic wiecej. W swietle prawa byles i
jestes NIEWINNY.
