Streszczając orzeczenie sądu federalnego USA: Choinka symbolem
religijnych *nie jest* (w oparciu o orzeczenie SCOTUS) a menora jest.
Czyli można mieć "nie religijną" choinkę ale zabronić religijnej
(żydowskiej) menory.
